Ardmore engaged Exaprojects to provide building manuals, trade O&Ms and CDM 2015 compliant Health & Safety Files for this £160 million mixed-use development in Wandsworth. Exaprojects’ unique approach allowed the Ardmore team to maintain full control over the O&M process whilst alleviating the burdern of document collection and collation. As part of handover, Ardmore’s client, Greenland UK, were granted full access to the project’s documentation via the Exaprojects platform.
