Our story

Exaprojects was founded in 2016 after identifying the lack of automation during the O&M collection and handover process. We noticed there was far too much reliance on manual labour and approval processes suffered from a lack of accountability

In every project we were involved in, Exaprojects' automation helped cut labour costs, eliminated human error and boosted productivity. So much so, that our clients requested we apply our innovative approach to assist in other aspects of the construction lifecycle.

Since then, we've broadened Exaprojects' scope to accomodate wider project management, allowing us to serve the entire construction lifecycle, from the initial tendering phase through to the handover. Our case studies have shown that Exaprojects' intelligent algorithms and heavy use of automation can save countless man hours per project whilst helping meet deadlines and avoid bottlenecks.
