That means no hidden fees and no expensive bolt-ons.
For smaller firms, we base our price on the size of your company. For larger firms, we work with you to tailor a package that will meet your requirements. For all pricing tiers, there's unlimited users, unlimited projects and unlimited storage (within a fair usage policy).
Every tier has basic support included. This means you'll get a 3 day SLA for email support. With enhanced support you'll get access to a live-chat feature, email and phone with a 24 hour SLA. You'll also get a dedicated account manager who will work with you to get the most out of the platform.
Regardless of your support tier, start-up training is always free. This involves training up as many of your team as required for you to be able to use the platform effectively. This can be on-site or over video share - whatever you prefer.
Wherever possible we'll try to help with data migration. Feasibility and cost will depend on the data's structure and how easy the existing supplier makes data extraction.
When we say unlimited users - we mean it. There are no additional charges or restrictions around inviting users outside of your firm.
We'd be sad to see you go, but you're free to leave at any time and all your data can be exported at any time, free of charge.
