The Project

The Art Deco grade II* listed 1930s Hornsey Town Hall in Crouch End is undergoing a sensitive restoration as part of a major mixed-use regeneration of the north London landmark.

The hall will be transformed into a hotel with a rooftop bar and also house community spaces and co-working areas whilst 135 new homes will be built on the grounds.

Our Involvement

The relative complexity of this project resulted in a high number of subcontractors. This highlighted the powerful nature of our user management functionality as users could be quickly onboarded onto the system and information request tasks issued immediately. Along with that, our statistical insights into user activity continue to be of great use as they have ensured that any delays due to overdue tasks have been avoided and repeat offenders have been identified and actioned on.

As per our policy of unlimited users, the high number of subcontractors using the system incurred no extra cost for the customer.
